Refunds & Cancellation
This page describes how things work today. It is not a statement of your legal rights, which depend on where you are and will be set out in writing with any order. Until then, the short version is: nothing is charged automatically, and nothing is charged before you have agreed a price.
How an order actually happens
Every piece is made to order. The site does not take payment. When you submit a commission or an order request, Gilad reviews it personally and replies by email with a quote. Nothing is charged until you have agreed that quote in writing.
Before fabrication begins
You can cancel by email at any time before fabrication of your piece has started, and anything you have paid toward it is returned in full.
Once fabrication has begun
Because each piece is cut and formed for your order alone, the terms that apply after fabrication starts — including any deposit that is not refundable from that point — are agreed with you in writing before any payment is taken, not assumed here.
If something is wrong with the piece
If a piece arrives damaged, or not as agreed, write to the studio. That is handled personally and as a matter of the studio's word, not by a form.
Contact
All of this goes through the studio email in the footer. There is no automated process behind any of it.
