Construction
Per booth: forty-one folded aluminium 6061 members at 3 mm and twenty-eight at 5 mm, 194 folds, semi-polished · fifty-eight see-through mirror acrylic claddings at 3 mm over the frame — thirty on the roof, twenty-eight on the body, four of them split in two and four cut to a half · ten rectangular LED diffusers hidden in the roof, lighting the booth from inside through the mirrors · 518 through-bolts, 336 M5, 180 M8 and 2 M16

Fabrication
Laser cutting
Every panel starts flat — cut from the fabrication model’s own files in aluminum, stainless or copper.
Press-brake bending
The aluminum frame folds to shape on a press brake; every angle lives in the model.
Bolted, never glued
Every panel is serviceable and the bolts are the ornament — fitted by hole size across the piece.
LED under the skin
A 3 mm frosted acrylic layer sits beneath the cladding; the seams take the light.
